RETURN POLICY 

All defined terms used below shall have the meanings set forth in our Terms and Conditions. 

ORDER CANCELLATIONS  

Orders that you submit online are processed immediately and may not be cancelled, and you may need to wait until you receive the merchandise in order to return it. 

RETURNS  

Once an item of merchandise is delivered to you, you can return that item within 10 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your merchandise must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and must be in the original packaging.  

Our return policy does not apply to the following goods: [discounted or sale items, gift cards, personalized items, perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines, intimate apparel.  These items are not eligible for return, refund or exchange. 

SHIPPING 

As of 2023, our Merchandise Processor and Shipper is PRINTFUL and we abide according their policies and procedures. Feel free to Contact US directly if you have any concerns, damages products, questions or concerns as we will work with you  resolve issues, please email us at amos@tenablemusic.com or call 3019802662.  We require a receipt or proof of purchase to accompany your return.  Most of our products are digital and do not need to returned. You can delete the file from your device(s).

For items that are manufactured by another party and resold by Us, please do not send such item back to the manufacturer. 

You are responsible for paying for all shipping costs for your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of any return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of value. 

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGE  

After We have received your valid return, We will send you an email to notify you that We have received your returned item and notify you of the acceptance or rejection of your return. 

If your return is accepted by Us, We will provide one of the following within a reasonable time: an exchange of merchandise for the item returned, a non-transferable merchandise credit, a credit to the payment card or original method of payment used to pay for the item, a check, or another remedy that we determine in good faith is appropriate in the circumstances. 

GENERAL

If you do not comply with any of the above conditions, We reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange, or to impose different or additional conditions.

Tenable Music operates the www.tenablemusic.com website, which provides the SERVICE. 

This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service, the Tenable Music website. 

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect are used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY 

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions. 

Third Party Services/Handling payments 

Payment can be made through a valid card (credit cards or debit cards) and are subject to validation checks and authorization by Your card issuer. We may use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors). We will not store or collect Your payment card details. That information is provided directly to Our third-party payment processors whose use of Your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY 

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, we advise you to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately, after they are posted on this page.

Age Appropriate Content 

Our content is considered to be made for the listening use of Adults and may contain explicit lyrics. This site is not to be used by children.

Visitor/ Venue Guidelines:     
1. Tickets:  Sold at gate and online at most venues, (Not required for Summer Concert  Series)   
2. Large Groups: If more than 10 attending, please contact please contact our organization for arrangements as well perks..   
3. Accessibility: If you have accessibility requirements, please contact us.   
4. Masks: currently no mask required. We suggest that you bring one in any case.  There may be a lot of activities in Washington, District of Columbia Metropolitan Area (DMV) many adults and children.  We follow current City, National Park and CDC guidelines.   
5. Wellness Check:  If you are sick physically or Mentally, do not attend public events. Give yourself a wellness check before entering the site. This may include a no-contact temperature check. Stay home if you are ill or have knowingly been in the vicinity of someone diagnosed with or  experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 or any contagious disease.   
6. Arrival Time: Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the event if possible. following seating on ticket. For Outdoor evets: The is no  seating in many cases so make sure you bring your own. Bring blanket and Lunch. We ask that all patrons, think green and be clean. We suggest  arriving no more than 15 minutes in advance.   
7. Social-Distancing: Visitors must maintain 6 feet of distance from other parties.   
8. Audio-Guides: Acoustic guide audio tours are not currently available. We are working on this. Do you have any suggestions?   amos@tenablamusic.com please. 
9. Dress for the weather: Our entry lines begin outdoors year-round, so be sure to check the weather before you arrive.   
10. Travel light: We do not have a coat check. For safety reasons, we do not permit luggage and oversized bags on site, nor do we offer storage locations.   
11. Food and Drink: Indoors events: usually no food nor drinks permitted, venue provides at a cost to patrons in most instances.

 Outdoor events:  personal water containers or plastic bottled water to be carried,  small lunch (think "green" for the clean) locate local waste receptacle. No Glass.   
12. Restrooms: Provide by indoor venues. Park Restrooms are available. Occupancy limits will be in place as well as increased cleaning measures.   
13. Strollers: Strollers have access to all events. (sound caution for small children we maintain city decibel requirements and strive to remain below for the safety of hearing).
14. Visitors in Costume: We do not permit third-party representation of Trademark  /  Copyright or historic figures unless approved. Must contact us in  advance of event.  
15. Weapons of any type are banned from the premises.   
             The following items are also NOT PERMITTED.

Tripods, guns, knives, aerosol cans, scissors, Monopods, weapons, pen knives, alcohol, pepper spray, laser pointers, toy weapons, pets, drugs, Mace, tools Smoking devices, placards, signs Banners (May Request),  COMBUSTIBLE OR FLAMMABLE LIQUID, OPEN-FLAME DEVICES, Open-flame decorative devices, candles, oil lamps, decorative torches and gas lights are NOT authorized.   
16. Drugs, Alcohol and Smoking are not permitted at any event, site parking at any time.

Early arrival is best for parking 83K to 100K visitors a year last year during covid. If you arrive 30 mins before a specific Artist show to look for parking most likely will miss Artist.
